Shipping Options and Guidlines

  • Our shipping department cares very much about about you recieving your purchase unharmed.
  • The shipping prices are inclusive of both shipping and handling charges.
  • For unframed photographs shipping inclusive package is a standard flat rate charge of $15 USD (which includes insurance).
  • Currently we only ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada (no additional postal fee).
  • International sales are subject to our discretion. Inquiries for this should be sent to internationalsales@designcreatology.com.
  • We ship with USPS or FedEx. Overnight delivery is available for an additional $15.
  • For payments made with cash, PayPal or credit card, purchased items are shipped within 24-hours of receiving payment.
  • If an item is not available for immediate shipping, the customer will be notified immediately and given an estimated shipping date, as well as the option for a full and complete refund.
  • Most U.S. packages arrive within two to three days after shipping.and are completely insured at no additional expense.
  • We prefer not send to P.O. Boxes. However, if this is the only option, there will be a four-day hold before shipping for payment verification and the buyer will be required to sign a waiver and release consent form.
  • Prices are as previously stated at the conclusion of the sale, including the pre-set shipping fee. There will be no additional or hidden fees.
  • Framing is the responsibility of the buyer. DesignCreatology is happy to assist you with this, should you need the print you've purchased framed. Prices for framing vary depending on the style of frame chosen.
  • Additionally, as a DesignCreatology customer, you receive a 10% discount on all framing services. If you are first time customer, we offer an additional one-time 5% discount.
  • Delivery time for framed photographs ranges, but generally takes up to two weeks after payment is received. Rush service is available for an additonal fee, depending on the size and the print.

Payments

  • We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment.
  • All major Credit Cards, including American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Diner's, are accepted through PayPal, as are most bank and ATM cards..
  • We also accept checks, however, the print will not be shipped until the check is cleared by your bank.
  • Please always use either your DesignCreatology ID number or the item number of the photo you are inquiring about when contacting us.

Our Guarantee

  • All prints featured on this site are exclusively owned by DesignCreatology and its creators.
  • Each print is signed by the photographer and numbered and sold in limited quantities.
  • We guarantee each print's authenticity and quality.

Return Policy

We absolutely guarantee the authenticity of all our merchandise.
We offer a full seven days return policy for damaged or non-received items. In either case, you may choose either a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refund requests must be made via email within seven days of receiving your purchase at returns@designcreatology.com.
Do not ship back until you receive a return ID number, which must be included with the returned print. Any returned item without a return ID will not be prossessed.
Returned items must be in its original condition.

Privacy

At no time can any photo be reproduced or used for anything but private ownership without the expressed written consent of DesignCreatiology.
Illegal use or downloading of photos belonging to DesignCreatology will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
DesignCreatology will never sell, release or use your private and personal information, including email addresses, to any outside party or vendor, or for anything other than what you've inquired upon, without your prior written consent.
